What will be your responsibilities? Manage, optimize, control, and facilitate maintenance activities at the Uberaba industrial complex, covering production, storage, and dispatch areas for sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, and fertilizers, through production and maintenance planning, asset, resource, and people management, guiding and leading teams to achieve established targets for volume, quality, cost, and process guidelines. Responsible for the entire industrial maintenance process (corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, maintenance planning and control, annual shutdowns, and maintenance engineering), covering mechanical, electrical, electro-electronic, and automation areas, aiming to reduce costs, increase production, reduce and control environmental impacts, extend equipment lifespan, and reduce exposure to EHS risks. What are we looking for? * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering. * Solid experience in industrial maintenance processes in acid and fertilizer production plants, chemical product factories. * Previous experience in leadership roles, budget management, maintenance cost control, and people management. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Experience managing supplier contracts. * Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and strategies, business management, and operational efficiency such as Six Sigma, Lean Production, TPM, Asset Management, Project Management, Business Management. * Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams. * Communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, influence management, Innovation and Digital skills. * Proficiency in standard Windows and Office software, IT systems for cost, production, materials, budget management, quality program management, human resources, and industrial safety.
