Description: WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: * Engineering degree; * Experience in Industrial Reliability: Predictive techniques; Industrial lubrication; * Root cause failure analysis; Life data analysis and Asset Management; * Knowledge of SAP PM tool; * Advanced knowledge of Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project); * Willingness to reside in Igarapava - SP, Aramina - SP, Delta - MG or Uberaba - MG. YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Monitor and control reliability and predictive maintenance process indicators to meet industrial process targets; * Perform predictive electrical inspections on panels and electrical controls. * Maintain and optimize the predictive program for all plant assets; * Conduct studies aimed at increasing reliability—the probability that unit assets will operate when required (failure rate, failure probability); * Analyze and ensure the reliability of maintenance data entered into SAP; * Apply reliability techniques to identify and eliminate recurring failures; * Review downtime reports and failure rates at installation sites; * Propose improvements to maintenance routines and equipment. * Review the plant’s criticality matrix; * Implement inspection and predictive analysis techniques; * Provide field support and supervision for the execution of predictive techniques. 2512310202491939165
