Learn more about our brand at: dex.co **Responsibilities and duties** * Prepare, carry out, and monitor impregnated paper production; adjust the process according to predefined quality results; perform general cleaning of equipment in the area; keep the work area clean and organized; * Check the production plan and the MF (Manufacturing Conditions) of the product to be produced; * Verify the production sequence, positioning the first roll to be produced in front of the hydraulic table of the unwinder, remove the paper packaging, verify the unwinding direction, and evaluate the physical condition of the roll for dents, holes, and lateral cuts, frontal dents, cuts and holes, lateral finish, and number of splices as required; * Check methods and operational conditions for impregnated paper production and start the production; * Control the impregnation process according to operational instructions and guide assistants in support activities; * Take a sample of the impregnated paper and perform specified technological quality tests according to operational instructions; * Continue the paper impregnation process according to production plans, placing a new roll on the unwinder and following the operational instructions of the process; * Request the packaging assistant to prepare the next pallet to be produced; * Ensure impregnated paper production by performing technological and dimensional quality tests according to operational instructions, and enter data into SAP for product control and traceability; * Check the dimensional characteristics of the impregnated paper, recording them at the end of each produced pallet or roll in SAP; * Issue identification labels via SAP, to be attached to pallets or rolls by the assistant; * Enter into SAP the values and types of defects (waste or process losses) for each base roll produced; * Report all production interruptions in SAP; interrupt the paper impregnation process by stopping the line equipment as needed. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Experience in the role and/or related areas; * Industrial Technical education desirable; * Availability to work in shifts; * Must reside in Uberaba. **Additional information** Aligned with our organizational culture, **we care for life wherever it may be**.
