Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to join our operations team, supporting the safe production and packaging of high-quality products, performing welding, cutting, and boiler-making on parts and equipment. Certified Great Place to Work company. **We are looking for someone to join our operations team and help produce and package high-quality products safely for our customers.** **Join us and make a difference!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** Perform welding, cutting, and boiler-making services on parts, structures, and equipment using processes such as shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), gas metal arc welding (GMAW/MIG/MAG), tungsten inert gas welding (TIG), and oxy-fuel cutting for repairs, adjustments, reinforcements, restoration, and assembly of metallic components. Plan and organize activities prior to execution, preparing materials, surfaces, equipment, and consumables, as well as performing preheating when necessary. Interpret technical drawings and specifications, verify dimensions and geometries before and after welding and cutting, conduct visual and dimensional inspections, identify defects, cracks, and wear, and perform preventive maintenance on welded components.
