Human and Organizational Development Assistant
**Responsibilities**: Diagnose, through interviews with leadership, the expected deliverables for each position; Support, when necessary, in Recruitment & Selection (R&S), Internal Communication (CI), and Training & Development (T&D) routines; Support management in monitoring team performance indicators; Support the department in structuring departmental events and initiatives; Support the team with administrative and routine departmental requests; Register and/or update departments and positions in the payroll system (RM); Maintain the Job Mapping Chart up to date; Keep the internal library of materials organized (SOPs, frameworks, workflows, historical records, and manuals); Address simple questions from leadership and appropriately direct them to the corresponding pillar; Maintain publication and updating of routine communications; Collaborate with other Human and Organizational Development (DHO) pillars; Conduct weekly check-ins with the department; Participate in one-on-one meetings with coordination; Support process mapping and improvement within the department; Update performance indicators monthly; Ensure daily time tracking registration and zero-hour bank balance at the end of each month; Participate in OKR and KPI check-in meetings; Promote sustainable development culture; Perform other related departmental activities.
**Required Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy, or related fields.
**Mandatory Requirements**: Recruitment and Selection (Competency-based selection techniques); Internal Communication Flow; Training and Development Programs; Experience in internal customer service / administrative support; Google Sheets and/or Excel; Google Tools (Drive, Forms, etc.); Basic understanding of Employee Experience; Communication (written and oral).
**Preferred Qualifications**: People management platforms (Elofy, Qulture Rocks, etc.); ATS software (Pandapé, Sólides, Gupy, etc.); Payroll systems (RM TOTVS, etc.); Labor legislation (basic knowledge of CLT and labor compliance practices); Organizational structure; Agile project and task management tools (Miro/Jira/Trello); Management tools (KPIs and OKRs).

**Work Mode**: Hybrid.
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 17:30.
**Compensation**: Competitive salary commensurate with the role + benefits (meal allowance of R$ 37.32 per day, food allowance of R$ 702.85 per month + transportation allowance) and additional benefits listed below.
