As a Senior Compliance Analyst, you will be the guardian of our integrity, working on: * **Governance Architecture:** Drafting, reviewing, and implementing compliance policies and manuals, ensuring theory transforms into organizational culture; * **Strategic Monitoring:** Ensuring full adherence to internal policies and external regulations, anticipating risks before they become issues; * **Institutional Interface:** Directly managing relationships with regulators (BACEN, CVM, COAF) and leading responses to internal and external audits and inspections; * **Risk Management:** Conducting compliance risk analyses and supporting the design of robust action plans for the business; * **Education and Culture:** Facilitating training and guidance for business areas, spreading the *compliance mindset*; * **Business Intelligence:** Preparing management reports and presentations for committees, translating complex data into executive decisions. **What We’re Looking For** * **Market Experience:** Solid experience (minimum 2 years) in compliance, working within Financial Institutions, Payment Institutions, or companies in regulated sectors; * **Regulatory Knowledge:** Strong understanding of regulations issued by **BACEN, CVM, COAF**, and other regulators applicable to the payments ecosystem; * **Ownership:** Ability to operate with full autonomy, critical thinking, and resilience in a high-growth (*high growth*) environment; * **Data Driven:** Proficiency in reporting tools and organizing evidence of controls; * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Economics, Law, Accounting, or Financial Management. **Nice-to-Haves That We Love** * Intermediate English and/or Spanish **Interested?** **Then come be a protagonist in the future of payments.
