What will be your responsibilities?* Proactively monitor the entire contract portfolio under your responsibility. * Analyze the portfolio to identify bottlenecks (e.g., blocks, overdue payments, expired end dates) and opportunities, such as releases and contracts nearing expiration. * Monitor blocked contracts in the system and take appropriate action. * Process (i.e., release for shipment) monthly billing priorities in coordination with Relationship and Tactical Analysts. * Act as a facilitator with Credit, Collections, and Registration teams to resolve issues. * Support the commercial team in monitoring the portfolio. * Serve as portfolio owner, focusing on eliminating the need for daily intervention or directives from the commercial team by seeking daily solutions and understanding portfolio evolution. * Manage and handle cases, including contractual changes via addenda, cancellations, contract splits, and contract consolidations, among others. * Conduct margin feasibility analyses for changes involving cost centers and products, and be responsible for obtaining required authorizations and approvals per process governance. * Ensure contract signatures. * Issue Financial Approvals (FA), SADM documents, and debit/credit notes.
