




Description: Currently enrolled in the 2nd year or later of an undergraduate program. Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and Excel; Ability to handle large volumes of data. * Support the Concierge team in searching for and confirming the accredited network, verifying availability, specialties, and locations of service providers. * Make phone calls and conduct inquiries on health plan and insurance company portals to confirm information regarding physicians, clinics, and hospitals. * Update spreadsheets and service records with network data, protocols, and contact details. * Assist associates in drafting and sending simple responses to beneficiaries, always under supervision. * Perform administrative tasks related to service support, such as organizing files, updating contact lists, and sending internal communications. * Contribute to organizing and maintaining service standards, following guidance from coordination and the quality department. * Participate in technical and behavioral training sessions and meetings, pursuing continuous learning. * Support the team in improvement initiatives and internal projects, providing assistance in information gathering and data updates. * Adopt an empathetic, collaborative attitude committed to the values of humanization and excellence in care that guide the Concierge. 251222020249669687
