Maintenance of paintwork, façades, and flooring Maintenance Assistant **Job Mission:** Performs electrical, hydraulic, carpentry, and masonry maintenance services to ensure the quality of store facilities. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Perform maintenance on the company's material handling equipment; 2\. Replace gas cylinders in combustion-powered forklifts; 3\. Perform preventive maintenance on batteries of electric machines; 4\. Inspect the operation of electrical, lighting, and hydraulic equipment and installations; 5\. Perform maintenance on store paintwork and façades; 6\. Perform maintenance on tiles, mosaics, and general flooring; 7\. Procure and manage spare parts and fuel for machines. **Desirable:** General maintenance knowledge. **Minimum Education Level:** High School (Secondary Education)
