As a sales representative, you will be responsible for contacting prospective students who have already expressed interest in enrolling in one of our courses. This outreach will be conducted via phone calls, WhatsApp, or social media. Your role is to transform lives through professional qualification. Experience in proactive customer prospecting is a plus. Attitude in overcoming objections and closing deals will be essential. Rest assured—you will receive all the training and support you need. Additionally, you must be sociable, communicative, dynamic, and possess positive energy and vibrancy to connect effectively with prospective students and team members. Grau Técnico is recognized as the largest technical education company in the country. We operate over 150 units and offer 30 courses nationwide. Compensation and Benefits Fixed salary \+ commission \+ bonuses \+ incentives! Fixed salary (formal employment): R$1\.621,00 Initial compensation: R$2,400 to R$4,500 (fixed \+ variable). Partial scholarship. Daily, biweekly, and monthly individual and team bonuses. Formal employment contract (CLT), Monday to Saturday.
