




**JOB OPENING: SUPPORT ANALYST I** **Location:** Pirassununga – SP **Employment Type:** Permanent (CLT) * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Salary:** R$ 2.400,00 ### **Main Responsibilities** * Technical support to users (on-site and remote); * Installation and configuration of IT equipment; * Support for Windows operating systems (7/8/10/11); * Installation and configuration of Office, Outlook, web browsers, and cloud-based tools (Office 365, Teams, OneDrive); * Diagnosis and resolution of hardware, software, and network incidents; * Logging and tracking of service requests in the ticketing system; * Basic support for network infrastructure (cabling, crimping, and switches); * Creation and updating of procedures and knowledge base articles. ### **Requirements** * Technical degree in IT (completed) **or** undergraduate degree in IT (completed or in progress); * Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support; * Advanced knowledge of Windows and hardware maintenance; * Knowledge of Active Directory, TCP/IP networks, and Office 365; * Technical English for reading; * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * **Preferred Qualifications** * ITIL v4 or higher certification; * Microsoft certification (MCSA or higher); * Basic knowledge of Linux. ### **Benefits** * Meal Allowance (R$ 30.00/day – 20% employee contribution); * Transportation Allowance; * Health Insurance (co-payment); * Life Insurance; * SESC Membership; * GoGood Program.
