Responsibilities: • Support the management of preventive and corrective maintenance for air conditioning and climate control systems. • Assist in planning and monitoring service orders. • Support performance indicator tracking and technical reporting. • Contribute to organizing contracts and technical documentation for the department. • Monitor audits and internal processes related to building maintenance.
