It will be a plus if you: * Have intermediate-level proficiency in electronic spreadsheets. * Pay attention to detail and possess strong interpersonal relationship skills. * Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. * Have knowledge of life insurance. Your daily responsibilities will include: * Humanized Customer Service: Provide attentive and empathetic service to clients, addressing inquiries and fulfilling requests related to insurance policies—such as policy activation or cancellation—and providing updates on claims. * Document Management: Review and organize documents received related to life insurance, loss-of-income, or temporary disability claims. Ensure process compliance by verifying checklists and entering data into insurers’ portals. * Policy Administration: Verify and register insurance policies in the consortium system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. * Claims Process Support: Monitor and handle open cases in the system—including document requests and process status updates—as well as respond to pending items. * Control and Monitoring: Update and maintain control spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and organization of records for all administrative processes managed by the brokerage. 2512080202191374316
