




* Provide in-person/telephone/chat/email support, manage ticket queue, including: supporting end users with personal computers, company applications and peripherals; installing, formatting and configuring software; hardware maintenance. Assist and guide users/customers with their questions. Develop IT process documentation. * Experience with customer support (Help Desk) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
