In this role, the focus is not on developing business logic for end-user products (features/basic CRUD), but rather on the **engineering and technical foundation** that supports applications. You will work closely with **Architecture** and **DevOps** teams, helping build tools, standardize repositories, and optimize CI/CD pipelines—ensuring other developers have a solid base to work upon. Come with us!**** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities** Develop and maintain Middleware components, cross-cutting APIs, and shared libraries (NuGet Packages) using **C\# (.NET Core / .NET 6\+)**. Directly configure and maintain **CI/CD Pipelines** (Build, Test, Deploy). Manage **repository** (Git) structure, ensuring adherence to version control best practices, branching strategies, and code reviews. Support the definition and implementation of project templates and scaffolding together with the Architecture team. Assist with application containerization and troubleshooting in orchestrated environments (**Kubernetes**). Monitor and investigate performance bottlenecks and integration errors between systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements (Hard Skills)** Solid backend development experience using **C\# and .NET Core**. Proficiency in building **RESTful APIs**. Practical experience creating or modifying CI/CD pipeline files (e.g., **Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins**). Advanced knowledge of **Git** (workflow, merging, conflict resolution). Solid knowledge of **Docker** (Dockerfiles, docker-compose). Familiarity with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases. Understanding of Design Patterns, SOLID principles, and Clean Code. **Nice-to-Have (Differentiators)** Experience with Cloud providers (**Azure** or AWS). Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or CloudFormation). Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Service Bus). Experience with Observability tools (Datadog, Dynatrace, ELK, Prometheus/Grafana).
