Job Summary: Professional responsible for the assembly, testing, and maintenance of electrical panels, ensuring equipment quality and functionality. Key Highlights: 1. Assembly and testing of electrical panels according to designs and diagrams 2. Maintenance and organization of the production environment 3. Personal and professional development in a dynamic environment 1. Conduct material verification for the start of the fortnightly electrical panel production cycle. 2. Identify and report to the supervisor any missing materials or materials incorrectly selected for the start of electrical panel production. 3. Conduct verification of materials required for electrical panel production. 4. Interpret 2D designs and assemble mechanical layouts of electrical panels. 5. Route wiring in electrical panels according to single-line diagrams compatible with the panel’s application. 6. Perform logic programming or parameterization of inverters and soft starters when required. 7. Conduct functional tests on electrical panels according to established procedures to verify full logical operation and proper functioning of components used in panel production. 8. Package panels not included in integrated systems production. 9. Assist with regional deliveries carried out using the company’s own vehicle. 10. Maintain tools and the electrical panel production area clean and organized. Education/Course: Technical or vocational course in electromechanics, automation, or related fields. Languages: Portuguese Technical Skills: Proficiency in handling general tools; foundational knowledge in automation or electrical systems. Professional Experience: Electrical technician or electrical panel assembler. Prior experience in electromechanical equipment installation or maintenance.
