Responsibilities: * Plan, develop, and supervise large-scale meal preparation; * Manage the kitchen team (chefs, assistants, and helpers); * Control costs, inventory, and waste; * Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations; * Monitor receipt and quality of ingredients. Requirements: * Proven experience in industrial kitchens (cafeterias, hospitals, schools, corporate dining, or catering); * Knowledge of good food handling practices (RDC/ANVISA); * Experience managing teams; * Organizational skills, leadership ability, and results orientation; * Flexible availability. Preferred Qualifications: * Degree in Gastronomy or related fields; * Experience in high-volume production; * Knowledge of COGS control and procurement planning.
