Job Summary: A professional responsible for assembling and maintaining electrical panels and equipment, supervising machine conditions, and guiding the team toward productivity and safety. Team guidance for productivity and safety. **Job Description:** Assemble electrical panels and equipment related to scaffolding, elevators, and electric platforms. Perform maintenance on motors, control systems, push-button stations, electrical panels, and small-scale equipment. Carry out maintenance on machines returned from rental or customer sites. Install, test, and monitor equipment at construction sites. Provide technical support for equipment under testing, both inside and outside the company. Supervise the condition of machines, tools, and equipment, requesting preventive or corrective maintenance as needed. Assign and guide staff in their tasks to ensure productivity and safety. Ensure proper use of PPE, uniforms, and workplace hygiene standards. **Requirements:** Prior experience in assembling and maintaining scaffolding or similar equipment.
