Job description Mission: At ACCIONA Agua, we are seeking an IT Analyst I to perform duties on our CESAN Espírito Santo project, within the Information Technology area. Candidate requirements Provide user support for hardware, software, and network-related requests. Conduct assessments of current operational needs and desired improvements. Analyze system and database requirements. Implement and monitor system-related projects. Support users during the initial adoption phase of new systems—whether acquired from third parties or developed internally. Perform system maintenance. Develop and configure solutions aligned with company users’ needs. Manage the technology infrastructure (systems, network, computers, and servers). Carry out and monitor system integrations. Act to protect the company against information security threats. Inform and guide users regarding company policies and standards for hardware/software usage. Perform maintenance on computers and equipment. Create and present managerial reports. Ensure backups are executed according to schedule. Stay updated on technological innovations and propose new processes and technologies. Assist in defining departmental procedures.
