**TEMPORARY POSITION – SUPPORT ANALYST II** We have a **temporary opportunity (vacation coverage)** to work as a **Support Analyst I**, providing technical support in a corporate environment. **Work Location:** Educação DRE – Rua Campos Salles, 9\-43 – Vila Falcão, Bauru/SP **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Workload: 200 hours/month) **Contract Period:** From 01/05/2026 to 02/03/2026 **Salary:** R$ 2\.400,00 **Main Responsibilities:** * Technical support to users (hardware and software) * Installation and configuration of IT equipment * Support for Windows operating systems (7/8/10/11\) * Configuration and support for Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive * Handling and logging of service requests in the system * Basic network support (cabling, crimping, switches) * Hardware maintenance and updating the knowledge base **Requirements:** * High School Diploma with Technical Certification in IT **or** Bachelor’s Degree in IT (in progress or completed) * Minimum 1 year of experience in the field * Advanced computer skills * Knowledge of Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, and networks * Technical English for reading * **Preferred Qualifications:** * ITIL v4 certification * Microsoft certification (MCSA or higher) * Knowledge of Linux **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance (R$ 30.00/DAY) * Transportation Allowance * Health Insurance * Life Insurance * SESC Membership * GoGood Platform **Desired Profile:** Strong communication skills, organization, clarity in writing and user interaction.
