Good understanding of ITIL (incidents, requests, priority, SLA). Ability to accurately record information (tickets, forms, spreadsheets). Clear and concise communication — essential for guiding technicians who do not always follow instructions. Patience and resilience — handling pressure, impatient technicians, and on-site issues. Ability to quickly resolve problems. Organization — documenting everything, tracking tickets, following up with technicians. Interpersonal skills — knowing how to follow up without causing conflict.
