Transparency in all our actions and communications. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Structure, organize, integrate, and maintain analytical databases sourced from multiple internal and external systems, ensuring **consistency, integrity, and reliability** of information. * Perform **data cleaning, validation, standardization, and preprocessing**, applying statistical techniques to ensure analytical quality and accuracy. * Develop and maintain **analytical and statistical models**, including regressions, time series analyses, multivariate analyses, segmentation, and clustering. * Conduct **data modeling** for demand studies, market potential, customer behavior, churn, performance, and risk assessment. * Work with **georeferenced databases (geomarketing)**, integrating territorial, demographic, and socioeconomic data for spatial analysis and market expansion. * Create **dashboards, executive reports, and analytical databases** that translate large volumes of data into strategic insights, supported by solid quantitative foundations. * Support the **Marketing and Commercial** teams with data-driven analyses, ensuring methodological alignment and statistical reliability. * Monitor indicators, metrics, and **KPIs**, proposing continuous improvements to the analytical framework and information processes. * Contribute to advancing **data governance**, including best practices for documentation, versioning, and standardization of analytical databases. * Identify opportunities to enhance **efficiency, competitiveness, and analytical precision** through structured and intelligent use of data. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields. * Solid experience in data analysis and modeling. * Proficiency in statistical and analytical techniques (e.g., regression, time series, multivariate analysis, clustering). * Experience handling and processing large datasets. * Knowledge of visualization and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar). * Strong SQL skills and solid data modeling capability. * Analytical, critical, and results-oriented profile, with strong communication skills to translate data into business insights. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in Marketing, Commercial, or Growth teams. * Knowledge of geomarketing and spatial analytics. * Experience with demographic, socioeconomic, and territorial data. * Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R applied to data analysis. * Experience with cloud-based data environments. **Behavioral Profile** * Analytical and structured thinking. * Intellectual curiosity and investigative mindset. * Organization and attention to detail. * Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Proactivity and ownership over delivered analyses. **Additional Information** **Regarding benefits, we offer:** * RVI – Incentive-based variable compensation, * Profit and Results Sharing Program – PLR; * Childcare allowance; * Life insurance; * Meal voucher; * Food allowance; * Transportation voucher; * Mobility allowance; * Unimed health plan; * Dental plan; * Discounts at gyms (TotalPass); * C4Life; * Internet and mobile phone plans with discounts.
