Preferred qualifications: * 6 months of experience in telecommunications; * Availability for travel; * Knowledge of access transmission technologies and media, including twisted-pair cables and optical fiber; * Router and signal repeater configuration; * Structured cabling; * Customer service techniques. * Embody the organizational identity of Brisanet Group; * Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments when requested; * Use individual and collective protective equipment when required; * Drive company vehicle when necessary; * Perform other related duties as required by the department and leadership direction; * Maintain the vehicle in compliance with processes defined by the Fleet Management department, ensuring its proper operation; * Implement workplace safety procedures, such as JSA (Job Safety Analysis) and use of PPEs, in accordance with current legislation; * Execute field service work orders, including installation, repair, address change, and other services, according to company-defined operational procedures; provide referrals for additional or new sales; * Safeguard and be accountable for the conservation, maintenance, proper use, and custody of company-provided resources, and inspect the work environment after service completion to ensure organization, cleanliness, and proper disposal of used materials. 2512180202551924682
