Expedition Assistant responsible for receiving, inspecting, and entering goods into the system, ensuring communication between purchasing and quality control departments, and maintaining workplace organization.

Receive and inspect goods according to the purchase order;
Notify the purchasing department whenever any deviation from specified requirements occurs;
Enter invoices into the system to release raw materials for quality control analysis;
Notify quality control upon arrival of new raw materials to enable testing;
Notify the purchasing department upon material arrival and deliver the invoice;
Release inventory of received raw materials in the system after quality control approval;
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
