We are seeking a **Technical Support & IT Infrastructure Analyst**, with a proactive and organized profile, to provide technical support to employees and ensure the proper functioning of technological resources and business continuity. Main Responsibilities * Provide on-site and remote technical support to employees regarding hardware, software, networks, and operating systems; * Diagnose and resolve technical issues, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment (computers, printers, telephones, etc.); * Assist with installation, configuration, and updating of operating systems and software; * Maintain an updated IT equipment inventory and manage technology assets; * Monitor and update support tickets, ensuring adherence to deadlines and service level agreements (SLA); * Assist with configuration and maintenance of networks and connectivity devices, such as routers, switches, and access points; * Ensure information security by following backup, antivirus, and data protection policies; * Conduct basic training sessions for employees on the proper use of systems, tools, and technological resources.
