Teacher guidance and conflict mediation **Field: Educational (Lower Secondary and Upper Secondary Education)** **SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct individual and group support sessions for students and families, mediating behavioral, emotional, and academic issues; * Monitor students' academic performance, attendance, and adaptation, proposing interventions in collaboration with the academic coordination team and teaching staff; * Mediate conflicts, applying educational measures in accordance with the school's regulations; * Develop and implement initiatives focused on socioemotional education, coexistence, citizenship, and Life Project; * Guide teachers on managing behavioral situations in the classroom; * Prepare reports, document incidents, and maintain up-to-date records; * Identify students requiring specialized support and refer them accordingly, maintaining communication with families and external professionals; * Participate in pedagogical meetings, class councils, and institutional training sessions; * Ensure compliance with school regulations, acting ethically, maintaining professional confidentiality, and respecting diversity. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy; * Experience in the educational field, preferably in Lower Secondary Education (Final Years) and/or Upper Secondary Education; * Experience in Pedagogical Coordination will be considered an advantage; **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PACKAGE:** Salary of R$ 2.700,00 + Cost-of-living allowance + Transportation voucher **WORK SCHEDULE:** Employment type: CLT / Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Position type: Permanent CLT Payment: Starting from R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
