




Job Summary: A professional to work in quality management, promoting standardization, internal audits, continuous process improvement, and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support to customers and product monitoring Participate in developing the annual plan for quality management system-related activities; · Monitor the identification and analysis of existing procedures across all company departments, aiming at standardization and formalization into written procedures for use by all organizational levels; · Analyze procedures and task execution methods, preparing checklists based on standards to define effective audit methods; · Execute internal audit programs on systems and procedures related to quality, promoting behavioral changes among individuals and teams; · Support management in implementing corrective action systems to address deviations or implement improvements in procedures; · Promote and implement the company's quality policy, raising awareness; · Identify deficiencies in processes and systems, raising awareness among departments and teams to engage in solutions and improvements; · Plan and supervise tests, inspections, and technical assistance, ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction; · Support defining specifications for materials used in manufacturing, ensuring suitability to product design; · Monitor all stages of the production process to identify and correct errors, preventing rework; · Conduct technical visits and provide technical support to customers for proper product usage and maintenance; · Monitor the performance of equipment installed at customer sites, seeking to extend service life and improve processes; · Control and disseminate official technical standards, organizing and applying them as required in each department; · Define criteria for calibration of inspection equipment for materials and finished products; · Perform assigned job responsibilities with knowledge of and collaboration in continuous process improvement and application of all procedures related to Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment; 4\.
