Services Supervisor Salary: R$ 2,500.00 Meal Voucher: R$ 23.55/day and Transportation Allowance (Modal); Work Schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM * Supervise the Cleaning and Maintenance team in performing their duties, providing guidance and training as necessary; * Participate in technical meetings with the Operations Management and convene and chair meetings with the Cleaning Service team; * Respect the budget, controlling costs for areas under your responsibility; * Implement the Action Plan together with your team; * Supervise cleaning services to ensure internal customers’ needs are met, always prioritizing optimal cost-benefit ratio and guaranteeing service excellence; * Evaluate team members’ performance, attendance, punctuality, and discipline; * Prepare staff work schedules and vacation timetables; * Carry out tasks delegated by immediate supervisors; * Apply Good Practices Manuals established by competent authorities. * Perform other related duties.
