About the Role: Alcoa is seeking an Engineering professional to join its Alumar unit in São Luís (MA), specifically within the Reduction Plant. As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for: * Ensuring achievement of maintenance KPIs and leading the monthly critical analysis process for these KPIs; * Aligning company activities and available resources; * Maintaining records of all maintenance activities and issuing detailed reports—including key events and improvement opportunities; * Coordinating medium- and long-term budget planning activities; * Ensuring timely issuance of maintenance reports—covering all KPIs—and leading the weekly critical analysis process for these KPIs; * Executing operational procedures in compliance with Alumar’s standards and policies; * Understanding, promoting, and supporting implementation of Alumar’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policy within your area. What You Can Bring to This Role: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; * Mandatory professional registration with the relevant regulatory body (CREA); * Advanced English proficiency preferred; * Experience in planned maintenance activities, including both minor and major shutdowns; * Ability to analyze planning and costs, consolidate data, and monitor execution; * Willingness to relocate and reside in São Luís, Maranhão.
