




**Industry: Motorcycle Dealership** **SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, organize, and deliver safe riding courses, as well as practical and theoretical training, in accordance with Honda standards and guidelines; * Proactively prospect companies, schools, public agencies, and institutions to establish partnerships related to training programs and educational initiatives; * Conduct strategic visits, presentations, and commercial/educational proposals; * Lead traffic safety education activities, lectures, and awareness campaigns at internal and external events; * Prepare and ensure maintenance of equipment, teaching materials, and motorcycles used in training sessions; * Prepare performance reports, participation metrics, feedback, and improvement opportunities; * Uphold the dealership’s institutional image and ensure excellence in service to participants and partners; * Ensure compliance with safety protocols during practical activities; * Support the marketing and after-sales departments in promoting initiatives and courses; * Adhere to occupational safety recommendations, using personal protective equipment (PPE) whenever required; * Safeguard company assets—including fixed and movable property—and maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Attend performance review meetings and prepare reports as needed; * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Completed high school education; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Certification in ***Defensive Driving*** and First Aid training. **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PACKAGE:** Salary: BRL 3,159.05 + Meal Allowance + Transportation Allowance. **WORK SCHEDULE:** **CLT Employment Regime** / Working hours: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM (Monday to Friday) / 8:00 AM–12:00 PM (Saturday).
