The ideal candidate must have good communication skills, professional demeanor, and commitment to safety and excellent service for residents, visitors, and staff. **Responsibilities:** * Control the access of people and vehicles on the premises; * Register visitor entries and exits; * Receive and forward mail; * Monitor security cameras and conduct periodic patrols; * Provide basic information and guidance when requested; * Comply with and enforce internal rules and regulations of the condominium/company. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (high school education desirable); * Previous experience in the role will be an advantage; * Basic computer knowledge; * Good appearance and professional demeanor; * Strong communication skills and courtesy; * Availability to work business hours (for example, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, on a 12x36 shift schedule).
