We are seeking a talent to work as a Mid-level CRM Analyst. **Shall we together turn collaboration into results?** **Responsibilities and duties** In this role, you will work at the Echoenergia unit in São Luís/MA and will be responsible for planning, structuring, and optimizing relationship workflows and multi-channel CRM journeys. Check out some of the functions that will boost your growth: * Design, execute, and optimize lead engagement and nurturing workflows across multiple channels for all stages of the funnel (top, middle, and bottom), including inbound, MQLs, re-engagement, events, and ABM. * Integrate and operationalize inbound journeys in partnership with Content Marketing, ensuring alignment between blog, landing pages, organic acquisition, and CRM flows. * Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio) to set up campaigns, dynamic segmentation, automations, and intelligent conversion-oriented flows. * Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies that increase engagement and accelerate progression through the sales funnel. * Monitor and analyze engagement, conversion, and campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize results. * Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Sales, Media, Market Intelligence, and Content teams to ensure consistency between lead journeys and company initiatives. * Generate performance reports with actionable insights for strategic decision-making and journey improvement. * Establish qualification criteria and "hand-raise" triggers for transferring leads to pre-sales or sales. * Develop and manage strategies for reactivating inactive leads, using specific re-engagement rules and win-back flows. * Plan and execute support workflows for events, product launches, and specific activations, integrating inbound and outbound efforts. * Create and manage advanced segmentations based on behavioral data, attributes, and dynamic personalization. * Maintain database quality, integrity, and standardization, with attention to data cleansing and consistency. * Propose and implement new automations, flows, or strategies based on benchmarks, trends, and scalability opportunities. * Work autonomously with business vision and a goal-oriented mindset focused on growth. **Requirements and qualifications** What we expect from you: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields. * Proven experience in marketing automation and CRM, preferably with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. * Experience in inbound marketing strategies, lead nurturing, and integration with content and blog. * Knowledge of SEO and organic acquisition mechanisms will be considered a plus. * Analytical skills to interpret CRM data, lead behavior, and campaign performance, translating insights into strategic guidance. * Experience with lead qualification, MQL definition, lead scoring, and strategies for handoff to pre-sales. * Knowledge of ABM, re-engagement strategies, and event-driven campaigns. **Additional information** **Why apply:** By joining the Equatorial Group, you become part of an expanding company with a culture that values continuous development, diverse talents, and commitment to the future.
