Clarify questions related to products, services, and company procedures. Record customer data and requests in internal systems or spreadsheets. Contribute to workplace organization by ensuring cleanliness and order. Forward requests to the appropriate departments when necessary. Previous experience as a Secretary, Telemarketing Agent, Customer Service Assistant, or Clinic Receptionist may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
