Administrative and financial support **DESCRIPTION:** Ensure welcoming and excellent customer service, manage an existing customer portfolio, and support administrative and financial routines, contributing to the organization and smooth operation of the institution. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide in-person, telephone, and online (WhatsApp/Instagram) customer service. * Manage and monitor a customer portfolio, ensuring strong relationships and retention. * Organize schedules and communications with students. * Perform reception and administrative support tasks. * Manage collections and assist in cash flow control. * Support Instagram management and online interactions. * Collaborate with the team to maintain a welcoming and organized environment. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed High School education; * Experience in customer service; * Intermediate computer skills. **COMPENSATION + BENEFITS:** * Salary; * On-site meals; * Bonus; * Transportation allowance. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 / 13:00–21:00, and Saturday (alternate weeks) – 08:00–12:00
