Job Summary: Coordinate and ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, supervise medications, and lead the team to optimize operations and internal processes. Key Highlights: 1. Team leadership and training **Job Responsibilities:** * Coordinate pharmacy operations (dispensing, inventory, team); * Ensure compliance with sanitary and regulatory standards; * Supervise medication storage and control; * Train and lead the team; * Monitor KPIs and internal processes. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; * Active registration with the Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF); * Experience in the pharmaceutical field; * Knowledge of current legislation. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in coordination/management; * Postgraduate degree (management, clinical pharmacy); * Knowledge of KPIs and process improvement; * Experience with computerized systems.
