Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant for our Food & Beverage team, responsible for supporting food pre-preparation and preparation while applying good food safety practices and emphasizing teamwork. Opportunity to develop teamwork skills We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join the Food & Beverage team of a hospitality-sector company. For this role, basic kitchen knowledge and application of Good Food Safety Practices are essential. We seek a candidate with strong teamwork skills. Essentially, the selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in food pre-preparation and preparation. **Kitchen Assistant responsibilities include:** * Performing support activities in the kitchen; * Assisting in food pre-preparation and preparation; * Satisfactorily meeting customer needs in accordance with required food safety standards and the brand’s operational style; * For assignments at Combo / Tri Combo hotels, the employee must perform the job responsibilities across all involved hotels. **Requirements:** * High school diploma (Mandatory); * 1 year of relevant experience (Mandatory); * Basic kitchen knowledge (Mandatory); * Basic kitchen knowledge and application of Good Food Safety Practices (Mandatory); * Open-mindedness, Customer Orientation, Self-confidence, Communication, Teamwork, Proactivity and Initiative, Business Knowledge and Improvement, Attention to Detail, Discretion, Agility, Dexterity (Mandatory); * Adherence to management instructions regarding selective waste collection and water and energy consumption, in alignment with environmental objectives (Mandatory); * Ability to identify customer preferences and share this information with the Front Desk team so that the ACDC is updated, enabling personalization of products and services for each guest and delivering surprising experiences during every stay (Desirable). **Compensation and Benefits:** * Health insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Pharmacy allowance.
