We believe that a company’s success stems from highly qualified and engaged individuals committed to their personal and professional development, aligned with a greater purpose. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Accurately and assertively pick or store materials following established procedures to ensure inventory accuracy. * Suggest inventory/forced stock adjustments through communication with leadership to maintain proper replenishment. * Store and stock materials using the PEPS or FIFO (First In, First Out) methodology for proper inventory management. * Control and conduct inventory of PPE Approval Certificates and SDS (Safety Data Sheets) using manufacturer-provided information for accurate inventory management. * Manage and replenish Vending Machines, including restocking and conducting inventories to ensure proper operation. * Pick customer orders and material requisitions per customer requests for product delivery. * Extract reports from Allianza using system-derived data for client submission, vending machine/store inventory measurement. * Travel occasionally to other group units as requested to provide operational support, per scheduling instructions from the immediate manager, to meet specific and seasonal demands. * Move volumes within the receiving and shipping areas for transportation, using material handling carts and sorting volumes to shipping staging areas, ensuring volume availability for shipping/transportation. * Organize and maintain department cleanliness using the 5S methodology to keep the environment clean and orderly. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education * Logistics experience is a plus Nortel is an equal-opportunity employer and invites women, visible minorities, and persons with disabilities to apply.
