If you identify with our purpose, let’s imagine and engineer the future together? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Ensure construction projects are delivered on time and within budget, acting as the strategic link between the engineering office and on-site execution **Detailed Description:** * **Scheduling:** Develop and update detailed schedules using tools such as MS Project. * **Resource Management:** Plan allocation of labor, materials, and equipment to prevent idleness or delays. * **Cost Control:** Monitor financial variances and ensure adherence to the established budget (PCP/PCM). * **Monitoring:** Conduct frequent site visits to collect data, photos, and update progress indicators (KPIs). * **Reporting:** Generate status reports for senior management and stakeholders, proposing corrective action plans when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of FEL methodology; * Primavera P6 \- Advanced; * MS Project \- Advanced; * Microsoft Office Suite \- Advanced; * Experience in Mining Portfolio Management; * Profile: Impeccable organization, analytical mindset for numbers, and excellent interpersonal communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * MBA in Project Management * Power BI \- Advanced * PMP / PMI certification * English \- Intermediate **Additional Information** **Job Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Regular Office (on-site) * Work Location: São Luís/MA * Working Hours: 7:05 AM to 4:30 PM **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * TotalPass membership Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas — and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
