**Responsibilities and Duties**
#### **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:**
* Supervising services performed by the team or third parties, observing operations to ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out;
* Monitoring scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance activities for equipment, assigning and tracking team tasks;
* Preparing management reports and monitoring performance indicators related to results and productivity;
* Supervising maintenance of appropriate stock levels of spare parts and materials required for equipment maintenance, and managing automation processes at facilities;
* Planning, monitoring, and controlling area costs;
* Organizing mechanical and electrical maintenance work, ensuring compliance with required safety and quality standards, and adhering to guidelines of the Integrated Management System (IMS): Food Safety, Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
#### **What You Need to Have:**
* Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Production), Administration, or Production Management;
* Over three years of experience in industrial maintenance;
* Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office;
* Technical knowledge of GMP, PLCs, frequency converters, quality management systems, and SAP.
#### **It’s a Plus If You:**
* Have completed a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Production), Administration, or Production Management.
