




**Responsibilities:** * Assignment of tasks and priorities to the team; * Demand mapping and product recommendations; * Technical oversight and project alignment; * Technical assistance and equipment inspection; * Inventory control of materials and spare parts; * Reporting on interventions, assemblies, and replacements; * Liaison with Finance and clients; * People management: hiring, performance evaluation, and promotions; * Support in preparing the annual budget. **Requirements:** * Completed technical education in Maintenance, Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related fields; * Practical experience in industrial equipment maintenance and installation, as well as team leadership; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * General knowledge: industrial maintenance, mechanics, and welding; * Driver’s license category B; * Willingness to travel.
