You have the power to shape things to make them better. About the Role: Alcoa is seeking an Engineering professional to join its Alumar unit in São Luís (MA), specifically within the Reduction Plant. As a Senior Engineer (Projects), you will be responsible for: * Calculating project costs by assessing requirements for labor, materials, manufacturing, installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to determine total expenditure; * Developing execution plans for predictive analysis and structural integrity inspections; * Knowledge of Brazilian Regulatory Standards (NRs) and SPCI (Fire Protection and Suppression Systems); * Ensuring compliance with and maintenance of all requirements for any audits; * Participating in Reliability Steering Team meetings to define and deploy maintenance strategies. What You Can Bring to This Role: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; * Mandatory professional registration with CREA (Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy); * Advanced English proficiency preferred; * Solid experience in industrial maintenance engineering; * Knowledge of project management and execution; * Proficiency in Brazilian Regulatory Standards (NRs); * Familiarity with SPCI (Fire Protection and Suppression Systems); * Willingness to relocate and reside in São Luís, Maranhão.
