Requirements: 1\. Proven experience in people management, logistics, e-commerce, and distribution. 2\. Solid knowledge of supply chain management, demand planning, and transportation operations. 3\. Ability to lead and motivate teams, as well as develop effective strategies. 4\. Project management skills, including planning, execution, and performance monitoring. Responsibilities: 1\. Coordination of daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of logistics processes. 2\. Management of customer and supplier relationships, ensuring their satisfaction. 3\. Planning and execution of logistics and distribution strategies aligned with company goals. 4\. Leadership and development of teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment. 5\. Monitoring and analysis of performance metrics, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. 6\. Participation in strategic projects, contributing innovative ideas and creative solutions.
