About the Role Alcoa is seeking a Production Operator A to join our Electrodes team at Alumar Reduction in São Luís do Maranhão. Key responsibilities include:* Area organization and cleaning; * Operation of baking furnaces and anode handling systems; * Verification and sampling of anodes; * Operation of ECL bridge cranes and *Starck Crane*; * Sealing of anode tops and refractory blocks, and anode inspection; * Discharging powder silos from ECL bridges; What You Can Bring to This Role* Education: Completed High School; * Preferred: Participation in any Alumar Operator Training Program, e.g., Young Apprentice; * Preferred: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; * Requirement: Availability to work on a rotating 6x3 shift schedule.
