





Perform full-level microcomputer technical support, ensuring effective user assistance, equipment maintenance, installation and configuration of IT resources, and support for the client’s operational routines, thereby guaranteeing service continuity and compliance with technical standards, internal policies, and best practices in IT management. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide technical support either on-site or remotely, according to requests logged in the ITSM tool. * Perform diagnosis, identification, and resolution of incidents and service requests related to hardware, software, operating systems, antivirus solutions, local networks, office productivity tools, and institutional systems. * Install, configure, maintain, and repair computers, laptops, printers, scanners, webcams, and other peripherals. * Perform installation and configuration of application software, Microsoft Windows operating systems (7/8.1/10/11), corporate tools, and institutional applications. * Provide support for systems used in public administration—including access via digital certificates and tokens (e.g., SIAPE, SIAFI, SIGEPE, etc.)—where applicable. * Support and accompany videoconferencing activities, including testing, equipment configuration, and end-user assistance. * Deliver on-site support with a courteous, proactive, and technically proficient attitude, ensuring clear and appropriate communication with end users. * Conduct relocation, verification, and inventory of IT assets, ensuring accurate and up-to-date asset registry records. * Engage vendors and technical support services as needed, adhering to warranty periods and defined procedures. * Log, update, and close service tickets in the ITSM tool, ensuring complete and accurate historical records. * Escalate requests to Level 3 support when they exceed the scope of full-level technical expertise, monitoring adherence to response time SLAs. * Contribute to the knowledge base by documenting standardized solutions and procedures for future reference. * Comply with Lanlink’s processes, policies, and obligations related to Compliance, Information Security, and IT governance. * Perform other related duties assigned by management, provided they fall within the technical scope of the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Completed high school plus proven technical experience in IT **or** a professional technical course in IT **or** an ongoing undergraduate degree in IT. **Certifications:** Professional training in computer, printer, and network assembly and maintenance; ITIL Foundation v3 or higher certification, minimum 24 hours of instruction; ISO/IEC 20000 Foundation certification, minimum 16 hours of instruction. **Knowledge:** Basic knowledge of microcomputer maintenance (hardware and software) and operation; Basic understanding of computer networks and TCP/IP; Basic familiarity with network equipment (switches and wireless access points); Proficiency with remote access tools; Technical knowledge in ICT aligned with the responsibilities of this role. **Professional Experience:** Experience in microcomputer technical support (hardware, software, printers, antivirus); Experience installing and configuring application and office productivity software; Experience installing and configuring Windows 7/8.1/10/11; Experience supporting public administration systems using digital certificates and tokens; Experience supporting videoconferencing users (Polycom, Skype for Business, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or similar); Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., GLPI, OTRS, AGHUx, SEI). **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** Hapvida, Bradesco, or Unimed health insurance (region-dependent); Hapvida Odonto or Bradesco Dental dental insurance; Meal allowance or food voucher; Life insurance fully covered by Lanlink; Transportation allowance; TotalPass; Pharmacy discount program; University partnership program; Corporate Education Platform; Welcome Kit for New Parents; Moodar platform.
