Job Summary: An experienced professional in geotechnical project management to ensure feasibility, compliance, and quality in project delivery, leading teams and developing competencies. Application of the FEL (Front-End Loading) methodology This position is intended for professionals with experience in project management (Geotechnics) to work in São Luís. **Responsibilities and Duties** Ensure the development of viable projects, observing technical, environmental, legal, and compliance criteria, as well as meeting organizational objectives; Ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices in project management and implementation; Monitor project progress in terms of technical aspects, schedule adherence, and delivery quality; Establish interface with the implementation responsible party and ensure handover; Define performance indicators for projects under responsibility, monitor results, propose and implement corrective actions; Ensure correction of "as-built" discrepancies identified by the implementation area to guarantee project fidelity; Provide operational guidance to the team and assign activities to be carried out in the area; Be responsible for applying team members' competencies and time allocation for operations under responsibility; Ensure all employees and/or third parties under responsibility are aware of and comply with company norms and procedures, and maintain up-to-date training for operational execution; Evaluate employee and candidate performance, proposing allocation, development, and management actions to maximize competency utilization; Request sanctions and penalties from HR or Risk Management in cases of non-compliance with company norms and procedures; Develop competencies of team members under responsibility, ensuring their participation in promoted events and effectiveness of succession plans for management and critical positions.
