We are seeking a talent for the position of **Senior Distribution Engineer** **Let’s transform collaboration into results—together?** **Responsibilities and duties** **How you will contribute** Our Corporate Management Division for Construction Project Management and Quality (RD) is seeking new talents—and you could join us as a **Senior Distribution Engineer**. In this role, you will work at the **Equatorial Energia – São Luís/MA** unit. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Providing technical corporate support to the Group’s distribution companies, ensuring compliance with engineering guidelines, standards, and regulations; * Monitoring and analyzing performance indicators related to construction project execution; * Supporting corporate construction project management, contributing to physical-financial planning and control, and process standardization; * Preparing, reviewing, and consolidating technical and managerial reports for the Construction Directorate’s oversight; * Interfacing with Planning, Engineering, Customer Experience, Tactical, Regulatory, Regional Operations, Legal, Procurement, Safety, and Environmental areas to promote technical integration and alignment; * Supporting internal audits, technical analyses, and resolution of non-conformities; **Requirements and qualifications** **What we expect from you:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Production, Civil, Mechanical, Control & Automation, or Energy); * Ability to support strategic corporate projects focused on operational efficiency, quality, and cost reduction; * Capability to develop, review, and implement corporate technical standards, procedures, and instructions; * Experience in construction project management and performance indicator monitoring; * Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel. **Additional information** **Why apply:** By joining Grupo Equatorial, you become part of an expanding company whose culture values continuous development, talent diversity, and commitment to the future.
