The Customer Support Assistant’s mission is to guarantee that all incoming requests are addressed promptly and accurately, that required documentation is always complete and up to date, and that clients feel continuously supported throughout their entire journey—thereby strengthening the partnership experience with Dunas. **Key Responsibilities:** * Providing customer support via WhatsApp and email * Monitoring all client WhatsApp groups in real time * Responding to requests within a maximum SLA of 1 hour during business hours * Conducting weekly check-ins and check-outs with clients in WhatsApp groups * Supporting continuous document collection throughout the entire client relationship lifecycle * Organizing received files into the correct folders, per Dunas’ internal standards * Updating records in spreadsheets, CRM, and/or internal client management platforms * Supporting the Customer Success (CS) and Back Office teams in analyzing bottlenecks and improvement opportunities * Producing weekly customer support reports, including: (average response SLA; number of requests received vs. resolved; and pending items per client) **Competencies We Seek:** * Communicative, innovative profile with strong affinity for technology * Interest in automation and digital processes * Strong organizational skills and discipline to maintain process control * Proactivity and autonomy in supporting the team * Attention to detail and daily operational agility * Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration **Requirements:** * Clear and concise communication, with error-free writing (emails, messages, meeting minutes) * Disciplined deadline management (SLA) and effective prioritization * Ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks (CRM, email, WhatsApp) **Salary and Benefits:** * Fixed salary + performance bonus * Meal allowance + transportation allowance * Career development plan
