Our job openings are listed below and on our social media channels. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct profile assessments and detailed briefings with hiring managers; * Develop and execute attraction strategies (job postings, active sourcing, social media utilization, and talent database management); * Manage end-to-end selection processes—from candidate screening and competency-based interviews to feedback delivery and offer presentation; * Maintain and manage the applicant tracking system and ensure consistent follow-up; * Administer psychological and behavioral assessments (where applicable); * Support managers in decision-making and foster a positive candidate experience; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology. * Experience in recruitment and selection—preferably within an HR consulting model; * Experience handling operational and technical-level positions. * Proficiency in competency-based interviews and behavioral mapping (a plus); * Experience with recruitment platforms and active sourcing; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, priority management, and a consultative mindset. **Additional Information** * Opportunities to work with major clients and projects; * A collaborative environment offering autonomy and continuous learning; * Potential for professional development and growth within the Recruitment & Selection field.
