**PLAN INTERNATIONAL BRAZIL AIMS TO HELP OVERCOME INEQUALITIES AND ENCOURAGES APPLICATIONS FROM BLACK PEOPLE, WOMEN, AND LGBTQIA+ INDIVIDUALS FOR THIS POSITION.** **OBJECTIVE:** Responsible for ensuring the efficient and strategic management of Plan International Brazil’s donor database, leveraging CRM technologies and processes to strengthen donor relationships and enhance the donor experience throughout their journey. This role involves operational execution, data management, collections, and support to the Individual Fundraising team, working in synergy with Data Intelligence to generate analyses, insights, and automations that drive donor acquisition, retention, reactivation, and loyalty—contributing to the organization’s financial sustainability. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support the operational structure of the Resource Mobilization Data area by developing and maintaining technological solutions for data collection, storage, processing, organization, and analysis—transforming raw data into relevant information to inform decision-making; * Ensure full implementation and operation of the organization’s Business Intelligence (BI) strategy. * This position drives the operational execution of initiatives requiring data support or technological processes—including donor segmentation, assistance in tool usage, and development of solutions using systems or programming languages; * Supervise and optimize ETL processes within BI, focusing on efficient integration across Resource Mobilization areas. * Possess comprehensive knowledge of data management practices across Individual Resource Mobilization areas, guiding the team on proper data governance for these functions. * Proficiency in programming languages and tools: Python (Pandas, NumPy, OS, Matplotlib, and other data processing and analysis libraries), SQL (databases: MySQL or SQL Server), Tableau, Power BI, and intermediate system development (C#, JavaScript, or Python). **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields; * Minimum 4 years’ experience in programming focused on data intelligence or similar roles; * Proficiency in Python (Pandas, OS, NumPy, Matplotlib, and other data processing and analysis libraries)—mandatory; * Proficiency in SQL and database management systems (MySQL or SQL Server)—mandatory; * Proficiency in data analysis tools: Tableau or Power BI—mandatory; * Knowledge of data ETL and BI architecture—mandatory; * Experience with data debugging; * EXPERIENCE WITH SALESFORCE (PREFERRED) * Experience integrating CRM with other tools and systems to ensure efficient data flow; * Experience analyzing CRM data and generating reports to support strategic and operational decisions; * Ability to design and maintain data warehouses, and perform ETL processes to consolidate and prepare data for analysis. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Gross salary: R$ 4.700,00 – CLT; * Meal voucher; * Transportation voucher; * Health insurance; * Life insurance; * 6-month maternity leave; * Extended paternity leave; * Childcare allowance; * Birthday day off; * Hybrid work – São Luís-MA **Apply by January 19, 2026** **Who we are:** We fight to protect girls from violence, ensuring they grow up free, respected, and aware of their rights—in a fair and equitable world for all people.
