Important: We do not charge any fees during our selection processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation and analysis of budgetary monitoring reports; * Expense comparison, development of norms and procedures related to budgetary controls; * Achievement of the company’s accounting and financial results; * Planning and monitoring of all institutional actions and goals; * Issuance and analysis of management reports; * Development of executive presentations; * Construction, review, and optimization of all organizational processes within the area under their responsibility; * Preparation and monitoring of process flowcharts together with the administrative team; * Management of performance indicators and process monitoring; * Development and implementation of process improvement projects within the area; * Analysis of balance sheets and income statements; * Preparation of managerial reports, including by product offered, to support the company’s strategic decision-making; * Recording of expense control in electronic spreadsheets; * Preparation of consolidated and managerial balance sheets and financial statements for the group; * Analysis of expenses by account and cost center; * Support to managers in the annual budget preparation process; * Monthly variance analysis and interface with Accounting for result analysis and validation; * Identification of improvement opportunities to assist managers’ decision-making; * Control of accounting and managerial provision calculations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
